-Anthropometrics (optional)
Using a full body monitor & scale that measures body weight, body fat %, skeletal muscle %, resting metabolism, visceral fat, body age, and Body Mass Index. Blood pressure and height will also be measured
-We will together review your diet, lifestyle, goals, and any obstacles you have
- Set short-term and long-term goals
- Provide you with educational handouts that will assist you in your journey
-Create a Nutrition and wellness plan that is tailored to fit your lifestyle and goals
